Catering Order Placing Guidelines

The minimum catering order for delivery is $150 before tax and gratuity. You are welcome to place an order less than $150 with the option to pick up your food from our catering facility in Glen Burnie. A gratuity totaling 10% of the food and beverage charges will be added to each delivery order.

To ensure your catering services can be accommodated, please place your order by 8:00am at least 2 business days prior to your event. For example, an order for Monday must be placed no later than 8:00am on the Thursday prior.

Orders placed after 8:00am the business day before your event will incur a $25 rush charge. For example, a rush charge would be applied to an order for Monday if placed on the previous Friday at 10:00am.

If you need a Kosher meal or have any special requests for food preparation, please provide at least 72 hours notice to be sure we can accommodate you.

Pricing for each menu item includes all paper goods as well as appropriate disposable serving dishes and utensils. Hot entrees will be served with a disposable chafing set-up (wire rack and foil pan inserts over sterno-fueled steam bath).

Payment is due on or before the day of the event unless a contract has been established. Contract catering and school foodservice clients will be placed on 30-day billing terms. The Abundance Catering Company accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Corporate and personal checks are also accepted. For orders greater than $1,000, a 50% deposit is required upon booking the event.
